The newly created site “Vse dlya remonta” has successfully established itself in the city's building materials market, but loses to competitors with large marketing budgets.

Target

Strategy

SMS Club offered a personalized Viber mailing list with an alpha name. So each subscriber will receive a notification from the store, whose name is familiar, and is guaranteed to open the message. The contact database was imported from CRM, after which the mailing was initiated in the messenger. Sending via Viber allowed the use of bright creative layouts and expanded ad text with an active link to the site.

Results

The budget for mailing to the database was 4270 UAH (about $150). The customer saw a 28% increase in sales and 31 new deals with a record 469% ROI. Thanks to the automated distribution of SMS Club, a small online store of building materials increased its revenue by more than UAH 20,000 (over $700) in a week.
