Strategy

The contact database was imported from CRM, after which the mailing was initiated in the messenger. Sending via Viber allowed the use of bright creative layouts and expanded ad text with an active link to the site.
Results
The budget for mailing to the database was 4270 UAH (about $150). The customer saw a 28% increase in sales and 31 new deals with a record 469% ROI.
