Problem
Some subscribers did not regularly repay their debts for services in the previous month.
Target
Inform customers about the balance of their account, remind about payment and pay off the debt.
Strategy
To eliminate all suspicions of possible fraud, we decided to use the official Viber channel with an alpha name. So the recipients were sure that the message demanding payment came from the service company. The number of the subscription agreement was also indicated in the text.
Results
Within a few hours after sending the mailing, more than 15% of recipients opened the message and clicked on the link to go to the official website of the energy supplier, and another 2764 people contacted the company's hotline. On the first day, 30% of the total debt was repaid. And the cost of sending a mailing to a database of 28,000 contacts was approximately 8,500 hryvnia.
