The client had a database of potential contacts left through the form on the site. Most people considered the issue of working abroad on a hypothetical level. It was not possible to call 8000 numbers.
Find employees for seasonal work (harvesting berries). Due to the urgency, there were tight deadlines for staff search and paperwork.
It was proposed to send a short newsletter via SMS with a link to the company's website. It was decided to highlight the key points in the texts of the messages, prompting the recipients to read the full description of the vacancy on the agency's website.
Of the 8,000 recipients, 720 people (9%) went to the company's website. Of these, 30% left applications for additional information. 6 new contracts were signed. Investments of 2,880 hryvnia ($102) paid off with an ROI of 180%.
