Usefull integrations with SMS Club

SMS is one of the key platforms for business communication with customers, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s about sending advertising or basic transactional notifications.

You can use this tool in two ways. The first—register on a dedicated mass messaging service and send messages to your clients with a certain regularity. The second—integrate this service into a CRM, CMS, or another system that you use regularly.

SMS Club cooperates with almost 50 Ukrainian systems from various niches. What are these projects, and what business tasks can such integration with services solve—more on that below.

What is integration?

Integration is the interpenetration of many elements. At the same time, each component does not lose its value but rather enhances the field it enters.

Different forms of integration can be found in all areas of life. For example, in school, when a new student first adapts to the class and over time becomes one of the leaders. Or in professional activities—the rules and laws of mathematics have long and reliably been integrated into music, medicine, trade, and construction.

Modern SMS marketing is developing according to the same principle.

  • The classic format of this tool is mass sending of promotional text messages to mobile phones.
  • The integrated format involves interaction with other modern systems, various software services that help businesses manage processes.

These systems are convenient and reliable, preventing one from drowning in information volumes. However, none of them have a built-in SMS messaging option.

That is why, if a business faces the need to send messages regularly, it can integrate a proven specialized project, such as SMS Club, into its base system.

What services can be integrated: four areas and their features

We have categorized business services into the following groups:

1. CRM—customer relationship management

These are software tools that collect and process information and ultimately automate sales processes. Figuratively speaking, it is the main accounting book of your business that knows everything about every product and every purchase.

Among the most popular systems up to 2022 were Bitrix24, AmoCRM, and Pipedrive. Now there are many similar projects of Ukrainian production on the market.

In particular:

  • iDobraCRM. A service that collects and stores data about products and customers.
  • UGLA—a technological bridge between the company and people. It handles strategic planning, HR management, warehouse tracking, and more.
  • Zoho CRM—an indispensable link for controlling the sales process and automating routine tasks.
  • SalesDrive—a system that offers ready-made integrations with websites and marketplaces (OpenCart, WordPress, Horoshop, Prom, Rozetka, Allo, etc.) and major postal carriers.
  • CRM services for taxi servicesLigaTaxi, MobilAuto, and others. These are programs that allow you not only to quickly call a taxi but also to immediately know the car number and driver’s name.

2. CMS—Content Management System

These are various software platforms that serve as the base for creating and operating all websites or applications. Online stores and single-page business card projects are also included.

  • WordPress—one of the most popular platforms for self-building your virtual project.
  • OneBox—also a web constructor with similar tasks. It can work with businesses in various segments—B2B, B2C, and others.
  • Drupal—a universal framework for web applications.

3. Chatbots

These are programs that simulate a live conversation with a consultant. They are available 24/7, always consistently polite, and provide accurate and up-to-date information. All of this positively impacts sales volumes.

The easiest way to create your own chatbot is based on a messenger—Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram, etc. Read more about this in the article “Chatbots for messengers: which one to choose for your business?”.

4. Other business systems

These are niche services. For example, for IP telephony or virtual PBX, constructors for automating application programs, etc. Among the most in-demand:

  • Dilovod—a service for accounting,
  • Ubilling—a system for accounting and tariffing services provided by broadband providers,
  • ttnPortal—a program that helps online businesses of any scale send orders via any postal service.

How do integrations with the SMS service work and what are their benefits?

None of the mentioned (and unmentioned) systems have a built-in option for sending SMS messages to clients. However, integration with the bulk sms service allows you to send messages directly from the working interface of your system.

This helps save time and money and simplifies a number of marketing tasks by:

1. Automating SMS sending and reducing the amount of manual work.

2. Improving target quality. Systems can see a lot of additional information about your customers and effectively classify it. This is where the next steps are hidden:

  • deeper study of your business’s target audience, understanding triggers, emotional or practical hooks that can attract attention to your product;
  • more precise personalization and audience segmentation when forming marketing campaigns. This prevents budget leaks, ensuring that a promotional offer for soft unicorns does not reach a person interested solely in rubber dinosaurs in your store.

3. Comprehensive monitoring of results. Systems can collect statistics, gather feedback from clients, and perform other tasks that used to require several employees, or in large companies, entire departments.

Thus, in addition to saving on payroll, it also minimizes the human factor—many analysts have funny stories about finding errors in reports.

How to connect the integration and work with it: step-by-step instructions

The general scheme of connecting integrations with different systems is the same. You need to:

  • Register in SMS Club,
  • Go to the admin panel of the system you work with or plan to work with—Dilovod, WordPress, UGLA, etc.,
  • Go to the “Integrations” section,
  • Select SMS Club.

After that, you need to fill in two fields:

  • AlfaName. If your business doesn’t have an “alfa-name” yet, you can choose one in the SMS Club personal account section or suggest your own to the system.
  • Token. This section is necessary for authenticating account data in the system when integrating an account with other programs or services.

After logging into your SMS Club account, you will need to use the Token for integration. You can find it by clicking on the phone number of your account in the upper right corner.

Instead of conclusions

Combining services allows you to set up SMS mailings online in just a few simple steps. At each of these steps, you can contact the SMS Club team for clarification, consultation, or just to play it safe. You can do this at any time of the day, without weekends and holidays.

Thanks to integrations, a company can quickly notify clients about important events, from changes in order status to informing them about the release of a new product. Moreover, it allows you to monitor all important metrics of promotional bulk sms in real-time.
